Cartridges for any volume
Every cartridge carries the same aerofoil mixer geometry, from 80 µL sample volume for screening up to 10+ mL. Pick the cartridge that fits the batch: the formulation you optimise at small scale is the formulation you scale up.
Screening cartridge
80–100 µL per channel. For lipid library screening and designed experiments.
Optimisation cartridge
400 µL to 1 mL per channel. For payload and process optimisation, in vitro and in vivo testing.
Scale-up cartridge
1–5 mL per channel. For small batches for in vivo and preclinical studies.

Built to work with your liquid handler
The cartridge format fits straight into an automated workflow. A liquid-handling robot can load the cartridges, move them, and pick up the finished nanoparticles, so the whole formulation runs with minimal hands-on time.
Filled by your robot
Your liquid handler fills the lipid and aqueous wells directly, using the same 8-channel layout as manual pipetting.
Easy for robots to handle
Cartridges are compact, single-use and easy to grip, so a robotic arm can load and unload them between runs.
LNPs ready on the deck
The finished nanoparticles stay in the cartridge wells, where the same liquid handler can transfer, dilute or plate them for the next step.
